Welcome Aboard! This year as a faculty, we read the book "Flight Plan" by Brian Tracy. In this book, we learned that it requires a collaborative effort from many support personnel to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers on an airline flight. Together pilots, air traffic controllers, baggage handlers, maintenance workers, ticket agents, TSA security agents, flight crews, refuelers and many more, work together on one common goal. That is, to safely transport passengers to their destination.
In education, our goal is to academically transport our students from where they are, to where they need to go, in comfort and safety. Like the airline industry, for our students to be successful in their academic journey, it requires the collaborative effort from many support personnel. Teachers are supported in their jobs as educational "Pilots" by secretaries, custodians, principals, bus drivers, superintendents, boards of education, food service staffs, aides, and many, many more support workers.
We have learned and will teach our students this year that it is important to:

We know that you have many choices for your child's education journey. We thank you for choosing Bonneville and hope you and your child will have a pleasant journey with us this year.
