Principal's Message for December

December 1, 2009

Dear Bonneville Families,

The Christmas holiday is fast approaching. This means visiting relatives, lots of action on the weekends, late nights, and tons of holiday treats. Children can easily become overwhelmed by all the activity, and what should be a happy family time often ends up being a stressful time of year. Remember to pace family activities so your children don't become overtired, stressed or ill during this special time.

During this season, I would like to take just a minute to thank you for sharing your children with me each and every day. It is a treasure to come to work and to experience the joy that your children demonstrate in learning. We have great teachers and a dedicated staff that make our school such a wonderful place for kids, but I really want to stress how we have GREAT students that help us enjoy what we do here. I feel truly blessed to be a part of the Bonneville Elementary community! Have a wonderful and safe holiday season with your family and friends.

Sincerely,

Mr. Brooks
